EFT - Emotional freedom technique
EFT was recently developed by Gary Craig, a personal performance coach in California, as a new way of healing physical pain, emotional issues, and disease. EFT is also effective in releasing the emotional causes of smoking and just releasing any blocked energy in your body. It is a refreshing approach to feeling better and more calm.
Some practitioners also teach you how to do it on yourself. So when you're feeling stressed and need a ciagarette, you'll be armed with EFT to stop you!
Similar to acupuncture, but without needles, you use your fingertips to tap specific energy meridien points around the body, releasing blocked energy and restoring the body’s correct energy balance.

There are many reasons why people smoke. By using EFT, emotions that trigger smoking are released causing the need to smoke to be greatly lessened. EFT can be used for many things.
