Are you expanding to other areas of the UK?
Yes, as we assign service providers to areas across the UK we will list them on the site, so keep checking or send us a request for a service provider in your area – email info@smokersangel.com
What happens if I don’t give up smoking in a year?
If you have tried various methods and are still smoking in a year’s time, then you really need to try and understand what it is that makes you smoke and tackle that problem. Often some people simply don’t want to give up. If this is the case, nobody else can really help you. You can re-register as a member for another year to seek help from our service providers. But don't give up trying to quit!
Which method of quitting smoking is the most affective for me?
We cannot recommend any particular method; it is up to you to discover which one is right by talking to the therapist or practitioner first before booking a session. Alternatively, speak to a pharmacist before buying any nicotine replacement products.
What if I loose my card?
We cannot resend cards; you will have to purchase a new card from our website. You will not be able to get discounts if you fail to present your card. Please note that we do not confirm membership registrations to service providers. Please go to the Lost Cards section in the Get in touch page to order a replacment card.
What if I want to complain about a service provider?
Please view the Get in touch page. We have follow-up procedures in place, and will investigate the issue before getting back to you as soon as we can.
What if I want to recommend a service provider?
You can post a comment in the Speak Out page to make other members and service providers aware.
Will the service providers give discounts on all their services and products?
No. The discounts apply specifically to smoking. You are welcome to seek their services for any other problems you may have.
